Without a doubt, the ongoing COVID 19 crisis has had a profound effect on global travel, how we operate, and what our clients expect from us in the future. As a family-owned business, we value your ongoing support and have done our utmost to make our clients travel both financially and physically safe and enjoyable.
COVID Booking and Cancelation Policy, what we are doing
The following is our policy and will apply to both new and existing bookings (as long as the Pandemic status is still active).
For all existing bookings:
We will allow clients to postpone their travel plans without any penalties provided travel is within the next 12 months and the amendment made 15 days prior to arrival. Any deposits paid may be utilized for the amended/postponed booking.
If the new dates fall in a different season (high season), the booking will attract a rate increase for the difference in costs associated with the new dates/amended booking.
For all new bookings:
We will allow cancellations by up to 15 days prior to travel with no penalty, For cancelation made less than 15 days to arrival, normal T & Cs will apply.

Wellworth “Salama” Specific Guidelines
We are taking every precaution towards safeguarding the health and safety of our customers and staff through the “ Salama initiative”, Salama meaning safety in Arabic Through to ensure we provide our clients with continued confidence in our product and services. Some of our specific guidelines and protocols including but not limited to:
- Guest accessible disinfecting wipes, sanitizers, and gloves at entrances
- Extra disinfection of high touch areas in guest rooms including light switches and door handles
- Enhanced cleaning and other changes to in-room dining, meeting spaces, and fitness centers
- Reduced paper amenities (like writing pads and guest directories) in rooms
- Dedicated Waiter Service
- All room keys/cards disinfected and presented safely upon check-in
- Cash-free methods of payments available and encouraged
